How the mwMod client works, from the chat and scripts to the files manager.

1. The chat

The window is split into 3 sections when pressing Tab: the script list, the chat and script output, and the channel input.

Press Control plus Tab in the output window to switch between script output and chat output.

Press Control plus Tab in the input field to switch between the channels you are part of, to type to them.

Press Control plus Alt plus C to open the channels manager, where you can adjust where the bot speaks messages from that channel (game only, bot, local which is game and bot, or everywhere on your computer).

To use buffers, add Alt to the normal Mist World buffer keys. Alt plus Home or End navigates through buffers, Alt plus Page Up or Down navigates through messages in that buffer, Alt plus Shift plus Page Up or Down goes to the beginning and end, and Alt plus Backslash sends a message to that highlighted buffer.

Control plus Alt plus Backslash opens the voice message dialog. When focused on a voice message in the buffer (reached with Alt plus Page Up or Down), press Alt plus Enter to listen to it. Press Escape in the bot to stop, or press Alt plus Enter again.

2. The scripts

2.1. The script list

When in the script list, pressing the Applications key opens a context menu where you can run a script or redeem an activation code. If someone sends you an activation code, it registers that script on the server rather than keeping it in your script folder, so you can have your scripts anywhere, tied to your account.

2.2. The files manager

This is where you will first discover open scripts and files uploaded by other users.

Scripts for mwMod are in the format .mwsc. Do not trust any other file that is not .mwsc as a script. We are not responsible for any harm that may come to you if you incorrectly download a file.

The files manager is split into the list of files and folders, which you navigate normally with the arrows, and a set of buttons which are, in order:

• Open: opens a folder. Pressing Enter does the same thing.
• Download: downloads the currently focused item (folder or file) to the folder you select (the downloads folder, files folder, or scripts folder, which are all under the mwMod directory).
• Upload files: upload files to the files manager.
• Upload folder: upload a folder to the files manager.
• New folder: create a new folder in the files manager. Please note that you are restricted to 1 folder per user, so if you wish to change your folder you will have to delete it first.
• Delete: delete the currently focused item if you own it.
• Refresh: refreshes the files manager.
• Close: closes the files manager window.

2.3. How do I run a script?

Simply download it from the files manager, or redeem a code sent to you by pressing the Applications key in the script list, and it will appear in your script list. Scripts update automatically, and you will see new version announcements when running them if there is an update.

2.4. What should I check out first?

Smart farming companion, created by admin and primary script writer Draquila, is your all in one farming script. It will do everything you could possibly imagine and more, including but not limited to:

• Navigate from anywhere to over 20 farm locations.
• Manage the health and mana of both yourself and your pet.
• Manage your pet's hunger.
• Manage your buffs.
• Manage your team.
• Manage people messaging you.
• Fix your inventory based on your clearbag file.
• Sell your shards when you are done.
• Get potions, toolboxes, hearthstones and pet food if you are low or have none.
• Let you view and manage your inventory from outside the window.
• Let you schedule when you want to farm, and whether it should log into the game for you.
• And too much more to count.
• Bonus: if you are an elf, there are combos.

2.5. I want more scripts!

Please, we are open to suggestions. We encourage all of our users to suggest what scripts they want, and even provide the logic behind them if they are so inclined.

We are currently writing them all ourselves, with the help of AI lol, to ensure the integrity and security of all users running our scripts. If you wish to become a script writer, you can submit an application in the account page and we will take a look and have a discussion with you.

3. Miscellaneous

3.1. Multiple windows

Press Alt plus G to launch the Mist World main window from within the bot. If you do not do this, you will not be able to use any of our features.

To open a second window, press Alt plus Shift plus G. You will be prompted for a name, which you have to provide.

3.2. My script isn't working!

Your favourite button is Alt plus F11. Please make sure you are running the game through the bot, press this button, and only then, if you continue to have problems, contact us with /report.
